Entulex Cloud Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use entulexcloud.com (the “site”), operated by Entulex (“we”, “us”), and to the private workspaces we provide to clients. They cover Entulex Cloud only; other Entulex products and entulex.com have their own terms. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Our services
Entulex Cloud is the workspace where we design, build, test and preview our own products and websites and applications for clients. Any actual project is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
2. Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, or access private preview environments without authorization.
3. Private preview environments
- Access is given only to the client and the people they choose, using the password we provide. Please keep it confidential.
- Previews show work in progress. They may contain errors and may be changed, moved or removed at any time.
- Do not enter real customer data into a preview unless we have agreed to it in writing.
4. Client content and feedback
You keep ownership of the content and materials you give us. You confirm you have the right to use them, and you allow us to use them to carry out your project. Feedback you give during a project may be used to improve the work.
5. Handover to your hosting
When you approve a finished project, we move it from the workspace to your own hosting or domain. Until handover is complete the preview remains our environment, and we may remove it after delivery.
6. Intellectual property
The site’s content, logos and design belong to Entulex or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission. Rights in a delivered project are set out in the agreement for that project.
7. Third-party links
The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. No warranty
The site and its information are provided “as is” for general purposes, without promises that they are complete, current or always available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
