Entulex Cloud Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Entulex (“we”, “us”) handles personal information on entulexcloud.com and in the private workspaces we set up for clients. It covers Entulex Cloud only; entulex.com has its own policy. We keep it deliberately short and plain.

- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the type of project, your message, and the time you sent it.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic browser and device details, recorded in server logs for security and to keep the site running.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Client projects and previews
When we work on your project, you may share content, files, designs, account details and test data with us. We use them only to design, build, test and deliver your project, and your content remains yours. Private previews are protected by a password and are hidden from search engines. Please do not put real customer data into a preview unless we have agreed to it in writing.
4. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare a proposal and work with you.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
5. Why we may do this
We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and operating the site securely.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It may be handled by service providers that help us run the site and our email, such as our hosting and email providers. This site serves its own fonts and images, so your browser does not contact third-party font services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and keep proper business records, then delete them. Project files and previews are kept while a project is active and handled after handover as agreed with you.
